Los Angeles and London-based formats company Small World IFT has named Tara Gaule vice president, Format Sales and Development, Europe. The company has also promoted sales executive Henny Adolfsdottir. Gaule joins Small World from Zodiak Rights, where she will be in charge of selling Small World’s roster of international formats into European territories, in addition to developing the company’s relationships in new territories. In other news, Adolfsdottir has been promoted to manage sales for the Nordics, Baltics, Turkey, Greece and Poland.
