Tail Target, Brazilian behavioral data and data management platform (DMP), has joined forces with Cisneros Interactive, for a multi-million dollar joint venture to launch Tail Target Latino, which will operate throughout Latin America and the U.S. The capital investment will see the growth of Tail Target Latino as the lead Spanish-language DMP in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market.  Tail Target Latino launched operations in Mexico in April of last year and will expand in the coming months into Colombia and Argentina, where it’s already represented by local partners Tail Target Latino already currently provides the advertising market with Behavioral Data of 390 million Internet users throughout the region, with the goal of capturing and processing Internet user data. This offers advertisers the opportunity to target their campaigns according to their diverse interests.
