The U.S. media group Comcast, which owns NBC, Universal, and Peacock, is taking a $1 billion charge in the fourth quarter as part of its restructuring efforts.

While Comcast’s cable and wireless businesses delivered mixed results in the third quarter, with the company losing 274,000 U.S. video subscribers and adding 368,000 U.S. wireless customers, its content division grew by 6.5 percent to $10.54 billion.

Revenue at Peacock, Comcast’s streaming service, increased by 34 percent to $1.82 billion, while the service’s subscriber base reached 48 million. Meanwhile, revenue from Comcast’s theme parks declined.
