Production has started on season four of World’s Most Evil Prisoners, a Radial Original which is set to premiere in 2027.
Radial Entertainment has exclusive rights in all media to the new season across the U.S., Canada, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, while U.K.-based Woodcut International is handling sales for the rest of the world.
World’s Most Evil Prisoners is part of Radial’s World’s Most Evil franchise and the new season brings the series to 40 hours of programming.
“Each series in the ‘World’s Most Evil’ franchise offers a different lens on criminal behavior,” said Cristina Guggino, VP, Originals & Content Partnerships at Radial Entertainment. “Prisoners examines how offenders manipulate and harm people behind bars, where confinement changes their methods and who is vulnerable. Season 4 digs deeper into those dynamics, building on what makes the series such a compelling part of the franchise.”
World’s Most Evil Prisoners takes an in-depth look at offenders whose crimes earned them rare life sentences. Despite being imprisoned, these inmates go on to torture, kidnap and even kill. Through the accounts of victims, friends and family, journalists and police, the series examines prisoners so dangerous that being locked up simply gave them a captive victim pool.
