U.K.-based distributor DCD Rights confirms pre-sales for crime drama The Last to Disappear to ITV for the U.K. and Acorn TV for North America.
Starring Sam Keeley (Task, Kin, Dublin Murders), Oona Airola (Hildur, Helsinki Syndrome, L/over) and Thea Sofie Loch Næss (La Palma, So Long Marianne, Evil), The Last to Disappear is based on the best-selling novel by Jo Spain.
The series follows an Irish lobbyist working in London who finds out his sister accidentally drowned while working at a luxury resort in Lapland. But he soon discovers her death was no accident and may be the latest in a string of murdered women.
