Cineflix Rights has announced multiple international deals for USA Network and Bell Media’s crime procedural Anna Pigeon.
The ten-part series has been sold to UKTV, SBS (Belgium), Disney+ (Portugal), Canal+ (Czech Republic and Slovakia), TET (Latvia), and Pickbox (Balkans).
Based on the New York Times best-selling novels by Nevada Barr, Anna Pigeon follows a national park ranger with a devastating past. Anna tries to outrun her demons by solving crimes that take place within the park grounds. With a team of passionate park rangers at her side, Anna works hard to keep the park a pristine and safe environment for everyone to enjoy. But when she has a run-in with one of the largest landowners in Montana, she discovers not everyone has the same goals as she does.
The first episode of the series will premiere in the U.K. on UKTV’s U&Drama on October 6.
Anna Pigeon is produced by Cineflix and SEVEN24 Films for USA Network in association with Bell Media. Cineflix Rights is the exclusive worldwide distribution partner excluding the U.S.
