Banijay Germany will launch the first creator-led version of format Schlag den Star (Beat the Star) on YouTube and Twitch on October 26.
Beat Aaron is produced by Banijay Germany label, Brainpool, with Banijay Media Germany handling marketing.
The format, originally created by Brainpool, sees candidates attempt to beat a celebrity in a number of disciplines to win a cash prize. In this new adaptation, YouTube star Aaron Troschke will be joined by fellow YouTube influencer Marvin Wildhage, as they face-off against Twitch stars Zarbex and Max Schradin.
Beat Aaron will be broadcast live simultaneously on the YouTube channels of Troschke and Wildhage, and the Twitch channels of Zarbex and Schradin.
