• Secuoya Studios has hired Carla Gómez as a producer and development executive. Gómez has more than two decades of experience in the Latin American content industry. Throughout her career, she has been part of the content teams at ViX, HBO, and Viacom; she has also worked at NBCUniversal as a producer and, most recently, with Netflix in Colombia as a development consultant.
• The Council of Europe has appointed Elise Jalladeau as executive director of Eurimages, its cultural fund dedicated to supporting the co-production of feature films. Jalladeau will take office on October 1, 2026, succeeding the current director, Susan Newman Baudais, who is retiring. She joins Eurimages after serving as general director of the Thessaloniki International Film Festival.
• Rainbow Group has appointed Nicola Maccanico as CEO of Colorado Film, the Group’s film production company. Maccanico brings extensive experience in film distribution, audiovisual production, and strategic management. He was most recently CEO of Cinecittà.
