Italy-based Colorado Film Production has hired Massimo Righini as Creative Development director – Television, Formats and Unscripted. With over 30 years of experience and work on more than 80 television projects (including Il Collegio, Bake Off Italia, and Matrimonio a prima vista), Righini will work alongside Gian Paolo Tagliavia to lead the strategy for developing new TV and digital formats.
