Dynamic TV has secured a slate of international sales for the Acorn TV murder mystery series “You’re Killing Me.”
The six-episode drama has been acquired by UKTV (U.K. & Ireland), BBC Channels (Netherlands, Poland and Africa), Stan (Australia), Disney (Bulgaria and the Balkans), HRT (Croatia), TV2 Norway (Norway), Play Media (Belgium), OTE (Greece), and MBC (Middle East and North Africa).
Starring and executive produced by Brooke Shields, the series — recently renewed for a second season on Acorn TV — follows bestselling novelist Allie (Shields), who forms an unlikely alliance with Andi (Amalia Williamson), an aspiring writer and podcaster, to find the killer of a close friend. Tom Cavanagh stars as Jack, the town’s new lead detective, a former city officer adjusting to the quirks of small-town life.
The series is a co-production between Shaftesbury and Topsail Entertainment. AMC Studios and Dynamic Television hold worldwide distribution rights outside Canada.
