Kanal D International has licensed Turkish drama Fatmagül to Netflix. Beginning August 19, 2026, the series will be available to audiences across Latin America, including Brazil, in both Spanish and Portuguese.
Produced by Ay Yapım and originally broadcast in Turkey on Kanal D, the series has been licensed in more than 150 countries.
Fatmagül follows a young woman living in a coastal village who is sexually assaulted by a group of wealthy men. To protect the real perpetrators and societal reputations, she is forced to marry one of the men present, Kerim, leading to a long journey for justice, healing, and eventual love.
