TBS renewed anthology comedy series Miracle Workers for a third season.
Created by Simon Rich, the new season is set in the American Old West, where a preacher teams up with a wanted outlaw and prairie wife in order to bring a wagon train west on the Oregon Trail. The cast stars Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, and Karan Soni.
Dan Mirk and Robert Padnick have been brought on to serve as showrunners. Executive producers include Lorne Michaels, Andrew Singer, and Katy Jenson, as well as Radcliffe, Buscemi, Mirk, and Padnick.
Sam Linsky and Adrienne O’Riain, co-heads of Scripted Original Programming for TBS, TNT and truTV, stated, “Miracle Workers is a perfect example of the fun, escapist humor that we take pride in delivering to our viewers. We can’t wait to see how this incredibly dynamic cast and talented group of storytellers hilariously rewrite 19th century history.”
