MIP Cancun Online+ announced that Juan “JC” Acosta, president of ViacomCBS Networks Americas, will headline as keynote speaker of the seventh edition of MIP Cancun.

This year,  the international television content market for Latin American and U.S. Hispanic audiences will take place entirely online from November 17-20, 2020. In his keynote session, Acosta will share how the company’s mix of free and paid models, partnerships, and their content studio, ViacomCBS International Studios, will play a pivotal role in the future of Latin American entertainment. 

MIP Cancun Online+ will feature programming that highlights talks with Latin American content leaders, from creatives and producers to platform and channel executives. The event will also include the Co-Production Forum and Distribution Market, along with Market Intelligence sessions to provide analysis on content consumption, production, and other trends.
