Banijay Group entered a definitive agreement to acquire Endemol Shine Group.

The acquisition will cover Endemol Shine’s 120 production units and approximately 66,000 hours of scripted and unscripted content, along with more than 4,300 formats. With these latest assets, Banijay Group will position itself as a powerhouse of content production and distribution, owning nearly 200 production companies and the rights to almost 100,000 hours of programming.
