Quintus Media sold Behind Bars: World’s Toughest Prisons in several territories.
The crime docu-series was licensed to Discovery Latin America, Discovery U.S. Hispanics, and Discovery Southern Europe for the territories in Spain, Andorra, Portugal, and Italy. A+E Networks U.K. picked up the series for its History and Crime + Investigation channels in the U.K., Poland, and Africa. Additionally, RTL Group acquired the series for German-language channel n-tv and Bell Media obtained it for the French-language channel Canal D in Canada.
Produced by MAXIMUS FILM, Behind Bars: World’s Toughest Prisons explores six of the most infamous prisons, with episodes featuring prisons from Ukraine, Colombia, the Philippines, and Armenia.
