Turner EMEA will launch a direct-to-consumer OTT service in the Nordic region for its Toonix brand later this summer.
The ad-free app service will offer kids and families the opportunity to watch the brand’s shows and movies, along with curated content and other features. Viewers will have on-demand access to titles such as Adventure Time, Teen Titans Go!, Peppa Pig, and Scooby-Doo, among others.
At its launch, the Toonix app will be available in local languages in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
