Kew Media Group acquired Toronto-based production company Sienna Films. Founded by Jennifer Kawaja and Julia Sereny, Sienna brings to Kew a diverse slate, including scripted television series such as Cardinal, Ransom, and Diamonds, among others. Kew’s acquisition marks the company’s move into the production of scripted programming. Kew Media paid consideration of $3 million on closing, $2,580,00 in cash and $420,000 in Class B shares.
