The Philippines’ ABS-CBN and Sub-Saharan Africa digital TV operator StarTimes announced a strategic alliance that includes a volume deal. As part of the deal and in response to an increase in African viewers’ demand for Filipino dramas, ABS-CBN is providing first-window screening of some of its latest dramas, including A Love to Last and Wildflower. The African pay-TV channel is currently broadcasting ABS-CBN’s drama Doble Kara.
