CBS Corporation acquired Network Ten, adding the Australian broadcast network to its global content and distribution portfolios. As part of the deal, CBS acquired the DTT channel ELEVEN, the DTT channel ONE, and the digital platform TENPLAY. In addition, CBS is launching its CBS All Access VoD service in the Australian market. CBS has plans to launch its CBS All Access service in Canada beginning next year.
