Paramount Television and Anonymous Content extended their first-look agreement until the end of 2019. As part of the deal, Paramount TV will continue to hold first-look rights to produce and distribute series developed by Anonymous Content. In addition, this deal will have a co-financing element. Paramount TV and Anonymous have previously received success with the drama series 13 Reasons Why and Berlin Station, which are both currently in production for their second season. New series currently in production include the Netflix dark comedy Maniac, and The Alienist, which is based off of Caleb Carr’s novel.
