Smilehood announced that the game and entertainment show format Dilemma is being optioned in the MENA territories for its next production. Each episode features a celebrity that is faced with 15 difficult questions asked by the audience. Dilemma is created by Sinapsis Producciones and directed by Marcos Gorban. The format has had great success in Peru.
