The on-schedule rollout of the first fully Spanish subscription streaming service, Veonet, was successfully conducted on October 2. The service is now available on in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
The Veonet team is also deploying a large network of affiliates all over Latin America and Spain. The programs currently available are now accessible with or without subscription. The Veonet team includes TV veterans such as chairman Carlos Barba and president Efren Carranza. Chief marketing officer Georges Leclere will be attending MIPCOM.
