Corus Entertainment’s History and Channel Four Television Corporation’s More4 announced a new original investigative series, Hunting Nazi Treasure. The series takes on the journey of locating and returning items stolen by the Nazis at the end of World War II. Hunting Nazi Treasure will air on HISTORY in Canada in 2017, with production set to begin this September. The team of investigators, lead by Robert Edsel, (author of The Monuments Men), will travel to North Africa, and North and South America, uncovering de-classified intelligence reports, Nazi dossiers, and rare archives. The team will also work with experts and historians, as well as meet with witnesses, former soldiers, and victims and their descendants. Saloon Media and BriteSpark Films produce Hunting Nazi Treasure in association with Corus Entertainment, and More4 (Channel 4).
