Flavio Morales has been named executive vice president, Endemol Shine Latino, U.S. Initiatives. Prior to joining Endemol Shine Latino, Morales was a longtime Telemundo programming executive. In his new position, he will develop unscripted, scripted and digital content geared towards the U.S. Hispanic/English-speaking marketplace.

As recently announced, Laurens Drillich, current CEO of Endemol Shine Netherlans, will become president of Endemol Shine Latino in 2016.
