Fox Corp reported first-quarter financial results yesterday. Quarterly revenue increased 22 percent to $4.57 billion, while advertising revenue rose 47 percent from a year earlier.
The growth came despite a decline in viewership at Fox News Channel, where primetime viewership fell 28 percent in October 2026 compared with the same month a year earlier.
Fox executives attributed the revenue gains to the FIFA Men’s World Cup and a record $350 million in political advertising during the U.S. midterm election cycle.
The company’s net income rose to $957 million, up from $609 million a year earlier.
