M Media made two new hires.
Sarah Zammit was appointed as VP of Content and Development. Zammit’s career as an executive producer, showrunner, writer, and director spans more than 150 hours of international factual television. Her credits include Wild Things with Dominic Monaghan, Hotel Paranormal with Dan Ayrkoyd, and Fear Thy Neighbour, among others.
In addition, M Media brought on Ryan Dias as VP of Operations. With almost 20 years in Canadian film and television, Dias has worked on projects for multiple channels, including Crave, Netflix, Hallmark, and Discovery Canada, among others.
Marlo Miazga, founder of M Media, commented, “This year has been seismic for us, securing a TV and theatrical greenlight for our first feature documentary, Ground Control, while also igniting a host of advanced development projects and exciting new partnerships. I’ve worked with both Sarah and Ryan extensively in the past, always hoping to bring them on board full-time.
