NEM Zagreb, set to take place on December 7-8, 2026, at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel, has revealed the first topics on its agenda, announcing Timothy Oh, general manager and chief marketing officer at COL Group International, as a keynote speaker.

Five panel discussions will address some of the most relevant questions facing the video industry today. Starting with Fear of Missing Out, this panel will examine the commercial and cultural impact of content that audiences cannot seem to stop watching, even when their reactions are negative; while the influence of personalized media consumption will take centre stage in Algorithms and Stories We Believe: Living in Your Feed.

Advertising innovation will be discussed in The New TV Advertising Mix: Reach, Targeting and Results, which will look at the role of Addressable TV in an advertising landscape increasingly driven by targeting and performance expectations. The discussion will consider how the technology can complement television’s reach, address implementation challenges and support wider adoption across CEE region.

The agenda will also examine the changing boundaries of the video business in Video Industry 2.0: Who’s Becoming What?; and The Year in Video: Looking Back, Moving Forward will review the trends that have influenced the industry in 2026 and consider what they could mean for the year ahead.
