The Portuguese adaption of Global Agency’s Gulperi — a Turkish drama produced by TIMSBI Productions— has won the Venice TV Award 2026 in the Soap/Telenovela category.
The recognition was celebrated at MIPCOM, where representatives of TIMSBI Productions, SIC and Global Agency came together to celebrate the success of the Portuguese adaptation, titled Vitória, which premiered in primetime on SIC and also became available on OPTO and Disney+.
At the heart of the drama is the story of a determined mother fighting against injustice and formidable family opposition to reunite with her children and rebuild her life.
