Calinos Entertainment has added Violet, a new Turkish daily drama produced by Limon Yapım, to its international distribution slate. The series is set to premiere on Show TV in Türkiye in November 2026.
The series stars Güz Bozkurt (Winds of Love, Envy) as Violet, alongside Batuhan Demir as Murat. It is directed by Fulya Yavuzoğlu and Ecem Tahtalıoğlu Pertez, and written by Baran Gündoğdu, Merve Balıkçı and Vural Balıkçı.
The series follows Violet and her younger siblings, who lose their mother during a train journey. They are taken to Sancar Farm, where their mother’s cousin welcomes them into her home and where Violet finds herself falling for Murat, the wealthy and reserved owner of the farm. Their relationship faces strong opposition from his family, who cannot accept the idea of Murat falling in love with a young woman from a different background. As their feelings grow, family secrets and old conflicts begin to emerge, putting both their relationship and their new lives at risk.
Aslı Serim, head of Content at Calinos Entertainment, said: “Daily dramas continue to attract great interest, and we believe Violet has great potential. At its heart, it is a story about love, family and the difficult choices people make for those they care about. We’re pleased to be working with Limon Yapım and Show TV on this series and look forward to introducing it to our partners at MIPCOM.”
