The privatization of White House statements has placed access to President Donald Trump’s real-time feeds in the hands of Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), which is charging between $60,000 and $100,000 a month for the service.
TMTG has launched a product called Truth API, which provides paying customers with faster access to posts from prominent Truth Social accounts, including Trump’s. Reuters reported that more than 10 customers have signed up.
Government watchdogs and congressional Democrats have criticized the real-time feed service, arguing that President Trump is effectively selling investors access to potentially market-moving information.
On August 10, 2026, TMTG reported a net loss of $238 million on $1.7 million in revenue in the second quarter.
