GoQuest Media scored a deal with the Ukrainian media group StarLightMedia.

As part of the agreement, GoQuest picked up the worldwide distribution rights to Mother’s Choice and Behind The Shop Window (pictured) from StarLightMedia’s programming catalogue.

Adapted from the Nippon TV series Mother, Mother’s Choice follows schoolteacher Elena as she decides to protect her student Inna from Inna’s mother. Elena and Inna plan to flee the country, but a chain of circumstances prevent their escape.

In Behind The Shop Window, entrepreneur Andrey Vetrov can’t stop thinking about the provincial girl, Galya, a saleswoman who is desperately trying to get out of poverty and feed her two brothers.
