Based in New York City, FilmRise entered an international distribution partnership with L.A.-based Electric Entertainment.
As part of the agreement, Electric Entertainment will handle the international distribution for FilmRise’s library and features catalog, which includes recent acquisitions such as the drama Change in the Airand the documentary Wildland. FilmRise has a library of over 15,000 across multiple genres. The company’s recent releases include Manifesto, Marjorie Prime, and The Miseducation of Cameron Post, among others.
