Netflix announced its new Turkish original series, The Protector.
The superhero fantasy series tells the story of Hakan, a young shopkeeper, who learns he’s connected to a secret order tasked with protecting Istanbul. The 10-episode series stars Cagatay Ulusoy, Ayca Aysin Turan, Hazar Erguclu, and Okan Yalabik, among others. It will be available on Netflix later this year.
