A+E Networks confirmed new deals for Knightfall, the historical drama series sold to over 200 territories.

Recent licensing agreements have been secured for History in the U.K., Italy, and South Korea. New broadcasters include Canal D for French-speaking Canada, Euro TV for France, Deutsch Telekom for Germany, OTE Cinema 1 for Greece, Manoto and Starz Play for the Middle East, Box Channel for New Zealand, TVSeries for Portugal, Ren TV for Russia, SABC for South Africa, Dramax and K-Star for South Korea, Nitro and Neox – Antena 3 for Spain, and True TV for Thailand. Additionally, HBO picked up the series for Poland, Spain, and Andorra, and Viasat Pay Channels AB picked it up for Russia, CEE and Nordic territories.

Produced by A+E Studios in association with The Combine and Midnight Radio, Knightfall tells the story of the mysterious military order of the Middle Ages known as the Knights Templar. It was recently ordered for a second season.
