Lionsgate signed an overall television deal with writer and producer Jenny Bicks.
As part of the deal, Bicks will develop and produce original television series. Bicks has written and produced series such as Sex and the Cityand The Big C. Her other credits include Men in Trees, Dawson’s Creek, and The Greatest Showman, among others.
Chris Selak, executive vice president and head of Worldwide Scripted Television at Lionsgate, remarked, “Jenny has helmed some of the most iconic television series and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her to our creative team.”
