Univision Communications Inc. (UCI) appointed Peter H. Lori to chief financial officer. Lori joined UCI in 2005 and held several senior roles, most recently serving as executive vice president, Finance, chief accounting officer, and deputy chief financial officer. Lori commented, “I am excited to have the opportunity to lead our financial organization and to continue working with the talented and driven individuals at UCI.” Former CFO Francisco J. Lopez-Balboa has decided to exit the company to pursue other opportunities.
