Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (SPHE) and Lionsgate have closed a multi-year, international distribution deal for Lionsgate slate of television programming. As part of the agreement, SPHE will have the distribution rights worldwide (outside of the U.S., U.K. and Canada) for current series and titles, such as Orange is the New Black, Nurse Jackie, and Mad Men, among others.
