Satellite operator SES has signed a multi-year capacity deal with SPI International / FILMBOX Channels Group to increase the company’s presence in Latin America by distributing its HD channels to the region. SPI will broadcast up to 10 of its HD channels, which include FightBox HD, FashionBox HD, DocuBox HD, Fast&FunBox HD, 360TuneBox HD, FilmBox Art House, Gametoon, NatureVision TV, Erox HD, and Eroxxx HD. SPI will extend its reach due to the C-band capacity of SES’s satellite NSS-806, and SPI channels will eventually move to SES-14.
