By funding through Flow and Caribbean Tales Media Group, three TV series pilots will begin production. The three projects include: Battledream Chronicle, a sci-fi drama animated series created by Alain Bidard; Heat, a crime drama series from Menelik Shabazz; and Caribbean Girl NYC, a sitcom from Mariette Monpierre. Each project will receive $40,000 in funding. CaribbeanTales Incubator Program (CTI), a development and production hub for Caribbean and Caribbean diasporic producers, helped support these projects.
