Carnival Films has appointed Joanna Strevens as head of Development. Reporting to Gareth Neame, she will be responsible for overseeing Carnival’s development activity. Strevens was previously head of Development at Kudos Film & Television, where she was across the company’s entire development slate, fostering relationships with writers, novelists and directors and growing the slate with a raft of new projects in the U.K. and internationally.
