Canadian production and distribution studio Breakthrough Entertainment has appointed Caroline Tyre senior director, International Sales and Acquisitions. Tyre will report to Craig McGillivray, Vice-President, Distribution, and will manage sales of the studio’s premium content in Europe, Oceania and South America. Tyre’s work with networks and studios has included positions in sales and acquisitions at companies such as Entertainment One, DHX Media, the CBC and TELETOON, where she spent five years as the director of Programming.
