Caracol Television started filming A Carnival Affair, to be part of Caracol Internacional´s catalogue for the second half of the year. A Carnival Affair tells the story of Alejandro, a man from Bogotá who resents people the coast and their customs. He and his girlfriend, also from Bogotá, are shocked to learn that his father was from Barranquilla, and embark on a coastal journey to find him. Alejandro falls in love with a woman from the coast who belongs to a family who hates people from the capital. Alejandro will have to rediscover himself and follow his heart to find his true love between two completely opposite women.
