Sony Pictures Television (SPT) has taken a minority stake in Swedish production company Palladium Fiction. Henrik Björn, Filip Hammarström and Johan Rudolphie (the three creatives behind the mystery-noir drama Jordskott) are at the company’s helm. Palladium Fiction will focus on high-end international dramas, with SPT distributing around the globe. Palladium Fiction is in development on a second season of Jordskott with Swedish broadcaster SVT. The company currently has three other projects in development, including a new project in partnership with Jimmy Desmarais, the producer of high-profile French dramas such as The Returned and Last Panthers.
