Genius Brands International announced its plans to acquire ChizComm and ChizComm Beacon Media.
ChizComm and ChizComm Beacon Media will continue to operate independently. The leadership team includes Harold Chizick as CEO, Jennifer Chizick as COO, Donna MacNeil as president, and Kathleen Campisano as ChizComm Global CMO and GM of ChizComm Beacon Media.
ChizComm is a leader in children’s media across traditional and digital platforms in North America. The marketing and media agency represents over 30 major toy companies as well as iconic brands in children’s and family media. The addition of ChizComm and its media research, planning, and buying division will help fuel Genius Brands with new opportunities for broadcast clients and toy companies.
