Pier 21 Films teamed up with Jasmeet Singh Raina (pictured), the popular YouTube personality known as Jus Reign, on Late Bloomer.
Co-produced by Pier 21 and Reign Productions, Late Bloomer is inspired by Raina’s own real-life experiences. Currently in development for CBC, the comedy series follows Raina’s journey as he navigates newly found internet fame, dating, spirituality, and his dysfunctional yet loving family. Stand-up comedian and producer Russell Peters will also serve as executive producer alongside Baljinder Dhawan and Clayton Peters.
