Banijay confirmed that Nicolas Chazarain will continue as group chief legal officer.
Chazarain joined the company in 2017. He will continue to oversee the legal and business affairs for the business that covers 22 territories. Before joining the company, Chazarain was a corporate lawyer with a focus in merger and acquisitions. He was a partner at De Gaulle, Fleurance & Associés until 2017.

ComediHa! brought on Viviane Rheault (pictured) to serve in the newly created position of distribution director, Sales & Acquisitions.
With more than 19 years of experience, Rheault will lead the international commercialization of the company’s catalogue of ready-to-air content and comedy formats. She will also be responsible for acquiring content and formats for global distribution. She previously served as associate producer at Media Ranch for nine years.
