Basic Lead, the organizers for the DISCOP markets, will transition DISCOP Africa into a 24/7, virtual meeting planning service.
DISCOP Africa “Personal Shoppers” will proceed to contact purchasing managers and coproduction influencers across Africa to promote programs in the DISCOP Africa digital showroom. The online initiative will offer recommendations and assist in coordinating remote appointments with right-holders.
The online support is offered at no cost to programmers and executives in acquisitions, commissioning, production, and marketing roles for broadcasters, subscription-based services, mobile and streaming platforms, production companies, and advertisers. Independent producers, distributors, and major studios will be able to access the concierge service with an annual subscription.
