Banijay Group successfully completed its refinancing drive to acquire Endemol Shine Group. The company raised 2.3 billion euros. Banijay Group will proceed on completing the regulatory process.
The acquisition agreement was announced in October 2019. The acquisition includes Endemol Shine’s 120 production units and about 66,000 hours of scripted and unscripted content.
