Submissions are now open for the third edition of the MIPCOM Diversify TV Excellence Awards 2019, which are organized by Reed Midem. The awards, which will be held on Monday, October 14 during MIPCOM in Cannes, are dedicated to promoting diverse and inclusive content that will make an impact on audiences. To be eligible, programs must provide a fair and accurate representation of diverse and disabled communities, stand out for originality and excellence in storytelling, casting, and production values, challenge stereotypes, and show a positive impact. Episodes submitted must have aired within the last year (between September 2018 and July 21, 2019) on a linear and/or non-linear platform. The deadline for submissions is July 22.
