Vivicast Media Canada licensed Travelxp 4k to TELUS Optik TV for the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec.
The Toronto-based distribution and sales arm of Vivicast Media launched the travel channel on TELUS Optik TV beginning July 26, 2018. Stuart Smitherman, Vivicast Media president, commented, “We are excited to join with TELUS for the Canadian launch of Travelxp 4k, the world’s first 4K travel channel with 100% exclusive programming delivered in stunning 4K HDR.”
